1. Definitions & Applicability

The key terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 6sixe website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "User" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.
• "Gaming Services" refers to casino games, slots, live dealer games, cricket betting, and other wagering-related activities.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds deposited in a user's account, which holds real monetary value.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to amounts granted for promotional purposes, which require specific wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

These terms apply under the laws of Bangladesh and remain in force across all 6sixe services. In the event of any dispute, the platform's decision shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use 6sixe services:

• The user must be at least 21 years old.
• Users must register under their own identity — opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the funds may be forfeited.
• Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 6sixe reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information.

Identity Verification

After account registration or at the time of a withdrawal request, 6sixe reserves the right to verify the user's identity. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

3. Account Security & Password

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
• You will be responsible for any transaction carried out from your account, unless it is proven that unauthorized access occurred.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6sixe supports transactions only through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300.
• Funds deposited into the account must be sent from the user's own mobile wallet — deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. In case of any delay, please contact the support team.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will be on hold until active bonus conditions are met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6sixe bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means accepting these conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making your total balance ৳15,000.
• A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering calculation applies to the bonus amount only — not the total (deposit + bonus).

Wagering Requirement Example

If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 (1,200 × 10) in bets before withdrawing. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only.

General Bonus Conditions

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once using the same account, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be restricted to specific games or betting categories.
• 6sixe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If any fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Gaming & Betting Rules

All gaming services offered on 6sixe are governed by the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased play.
• No bet can be changed or cancelled after a game session has started.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 6sixe reserves the right to void that round.
• For sports betting, separate rules may apply for specific events, which will be noted on the relevant page.
• Each game or betting category may have its own minimum and maximum bet limits.

VIP Program

6sixe operates four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can move up to higher levels through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The determination and adjustment of VIP levels remains at the discretion of 6sixe.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Exploiting any technical error or software bug on the platform.
• Chargeback fraud — that is, claiming a chargeback on a mobile wallet after making a deposit.
• Conducting any fraudulent activity against other users on the platform.
• Using any automated bot, script, or software to operate games.
• Any form of identity theft or use of a third party's account.
• Impersonating a 6sixe representative or deceiving platform staff.

8. Responsible Gaming

6sixe places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe the purpose of playing is entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

• Only persons aged 21 or above may use 6sixe.
• Only bet what you can afford to lose.

6sixe reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of any significant changes, we will try to notify users via email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after the changes means accepting the new terms.

Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balance before making the request. 6sixe may also close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the user violates these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period.
• If it is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
